Our other product lines in the retail section are: Printers: HP, EPSON, CANON, XEROX, all ranging in size from photo printer to large laser office work horses.
Other Products: cables, print cartridges, mouse(optical, USB and wireless), wi-fi,
external hard drives, CD drives, memory cards, flash drives, PC components from fans, to CPU’s, and much more.

| LCC provides both computer products and services to make them useful to small business, Home office (SOHO Market), Government, Financial Institutions, Retail, Insurance, Architects and Engineering firms, Construction firms, Health Institutions, and private practices. We are especially focused on providing network systems and services to small and medium business. The systems include both PC-based LAN systems and minicomputer server-based systems through cable, coax, fibre-optics and wireless systems. Our services include design and installation of network systems, training, and support. |

Product and Service Description In personal computers, we support three main lines: |
The Home systems are our smallest and least expensive line, initially positioned by its manufacturer as a home computer. We use it mainly as a inexpensive workstation for small business installations. Its specifications include the usual 80GB Hard Drive, 512MB or 1GB Memory, CD/DVD Burner, and Windows XP Home.
The Power User is our main up-scale line. It is our most important system for high-end CAD systems for the AEC industry, it can also be used for heavy graphic users and game stations, because of its high-end graphics card, large amount of memory and hard drive space. Its key strengths are its processing speed and storage level. Its specifications include 160GB-250GB Hard Drive, 2GB Memory, CD/DVD Burner, and Windows XP Professional.
The Business Units is an intermediate system, used to fill the gap in the positioning. This is targeted to all business in the Public and Private sectors, from Doctors and lawyers to government ministries. Its specifications include 80GB Hard Drive, 1GB Memory, Integrated Graphics, CD Drive, and Windows XP Professional.
In service and support, we offer a range of walk-in or depot service, maintenance contracts and on-site guarantees. We also focus on networking installation and training. |

The only way we can hope to differentiate well is to define the vision of the company to be an information technology solution provider ally to our clients. We will not be able to compete in any effective way with the chains using boxes or products as appliances. We need to offer a real alliance.
The benefits we sell include many intangibles: confidence, reliability, knowing that somebody will be there to answer questions and help at the important times.
