All Courses must be pre-paid at least 5 business days prior to beginning of course.
Payment plans may be formally arranged.
Copies of checks, drafts, and wire transfer receipts must be faxed in advance to
reserve course seating. |
| Cancellations |
Due to circumstances beyond our control, we may be forced to cancel or postpone a course. In this
unlikely event, we will ensure your awareness of the cancellation at least 48 hours in advance. You will
be informed of future class dates and re-registered accordingly. In this case, if you prefer to have a
refund rather than wait for the next session, then you are entitled to a full refund. |
| If you are forced to cancel your registration for a particular class, the following cancellation charges
apply: |
| After course begins - 50% course price + $25 Registration Fee |
| 0 to 5 days notice – 25% course price + $25 Registration Fee |
| 6 days to 2 weeks notice – 15% course price + $25 Registration Fee |
| More than 2 weeks notice – $25 Registration Fee |
